Course payments are currently accepted via bank transfer. After submitting your transfer reference and receipt details, our team verifies the payment and activates your enrollment.
Our admin team typically reviews and approves bank transfer submissions within one business day. You will gain access to the course automatically as soon as your payment is approved.
For account security, each account is bound to one active device at a time. If you log in from a new browser or device, the previous one is put on a cooldown before it can be used to sign in again.
This usually means your account is still bound to your previous device. Wait for the device cooldown period to pass, or contact our support team to have your device reset from the admin side.
Yes. Some courses on CEPI are marked as free and enroll you instantly with no payment required. Look for the "Free" label on the course catalog.
No. Course videos are protected and streamed through secure, time-limited links to safeguard instructor content, so downloading or offline playback is not supported at this time.
Your dashboard shows enrolled courses with a live progress percentage. Within each course, completed lessons are marked automatically once you have watched enough of the video or passed the lesson quiz.
Yes, the CEPI mobile app is available for Android with course browsing, enrollment, and a full lesson player. Support for other platforms is being expanded over time.
