CEPI’s Public Administration course offers systematic and exam-oriented coverage of administrative concepts, organizational theories, public policy, financial management, human-resource management and administrative law. Administrative Foundations & Theories
Understand the role, scope and core values of public administration, including efficiency, equity, fairness, responsiveness and the rule of law. Study traditional public administration, New Public Management, New Public Service, governance approaches, bureaucracy, scientific management and human-relations theory.
Public Policy, Budgeting & Human Resources
Learn strategic planning, policy analysis, implementation and programme evaluation. Examine public-sector budgeting, audit and accounting, performance and outcome-based budgeting, merit-based recruitment, human-resource management and administrative law.
Civil Service & Local Governance in Pakistan
Study the historical development, structure and reform of Pakistan’s civil service and its role in good governance. Explore provincial administration, secretariats, district governments, post-devolution arrangements and the challenges confronting local governance.
